More about Lucienne
Lucienne is currently working as a speaker and tour leader for the Art Gallery of NSW, sharing her love of authors and artists, their connection to the places they call home, and the ways in which these diverse places have inspired them.
She is also a Voice and Presentation trainer, working with either small groups or one-on-one for a variety of clients across all sectors – government, corporate and the arts, as well as individuals – helping people be their best selves when speaking professionally, whether that be in a board room, a lecture hall or a podcast.
Lucienne worked for over 30 years in the media, as an announcer, interviewer and European correspondent for the ABC and commercial radio stations in Sydney, Canberra and the South of France.

Following that she was Head of Radio at AFTRS (Australian Film, TV and Radio School) and then lectured in the School of Communications at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst. She also worked as the campaign office manager and electorate staffer for federal MP Maxine McKew, and as an electorate officer for Sally Sitou MP.
She also published a novel, Ulterior Motives, with Allen & Unwin, and is currently working on her second book.
She started her professional career as a senior English and History teacher, and has a BA Dip Ed from Sydney University in English, Latin and Psychology.
